Emmett had a hard time letting Bethany have her moment in the spotlight, so he spent a little while in time out. |

After his time out, he made sure to give Bethany a big hug and told her he was sorry for being so fussy. |
Bethany has also developed quite an impressive list of vocabulary words:
"Whas-at?" : What's that?
"Is-a-uh....?": Is that a...?
"Das ....": That's a ....
"Kee-caa": Kitty-cat
"Da-wuh": Darwin (our cat's name)
"Eh-muh": Emmett
"Buh-buh": Brother
"Baby!" (she LOVES babies!)
"Meow"
"Moo!"
"Woof" (really she just blows air for her "woof")
"Buh-buh" : bye bye
"Hi!"
"Yeah" (her answer to every question under the sun)
"Das- NO!" : That's NO! (She points to the things she shouldn't get into, like the folded laundry)
"Wa-wa"
"Yay!"
"Gam-pa" and "Papa": Grandpa (usually said while pointing to pictures of Grandpa Gasser on the calendar)
"Go Coug!": GO COUGARS!! (our family mantra as we rush out the door)
"Keys!": Cheese! (for the camera)
"Choo-choo" (When she sees a train)
"Boo": Book
"Noe": Nose
"Eye"
"Ea-w": Ear
"Neigh"
"Muah!": When she gives a kiss, and then she exclaims, "Oh!" to mimic our reaction
"No!"
"Ah-duh": All done
"Ah-nah": Her made-word for "light"
"Num-num": Yum-yum
"Cookie"
"Tickle"
I'm sure the list is longer and there are words I'm forgetting. I'll come back and add to the list as I remember them. We're so proud of our growing, funny, spunky little Bethany!

I think the pride and amazement of the parents in the video is just as cute as the kids'.
haha, I love the "hug" picture!
It looks like Emmett has his hands around Bethany's neck. Are you sure that's a hug?
