Some Cute Pictures of Our Growing Boy

We've hit the ten month mark! This week Emmett had his first tooth break through his gums! It's one of his front bottom teeth and although you can hardly see it so far, you can sure feel it's sharp little point when Emmett chews on your finger!

Emmett likes to wave bye-bye at bedtime but still screams in protest when we put him down for a nap or the night. He is pulling himself up now onto his knees and can sometimes make it up onto his feet in a standing position. For some funny reason, he has now also decided that he is terrified of the bathtub and water. We don't know what happened... one day we gave him a bath and he was his normal self laughing and splashing... and then two days later he was screaming hysterically. If he even suspects we're getting him ready for a bath now he will start shrieking even before we get him to the tub. We threw away his little plastic tub and started using the big tub, so we thought maybe that is part of the reason, but we had bathed him in the tub a couple of times already without any problems. It is so strange and sad that he gets so frantic and upset. I don't know what to do about it! If you have some suggestions, they'd be very welcome.
