General Conference April 2011

We went to Deb and Neal's house for Sunday morning's session of General Conference last weekend. The children were not so reverent. Emmett kept stealing Grant's binkie. He has no idea what to do with a binkie since he hasn't used one since he was just a couple of months old, so he would just hold it and chew on the side of it like it was a teething toy. Grant has greatly surpassed Emmett as far as size and physical agility/mobility goes, and we got some pretty funny pictures of Grant tackling Emmett trying to get his binkie back. Sometimes Grant got just a little too rough with his cousin and we had to swoop in and rescue poor Emmett from having his nose chewed off or his face clawed up. Not that Grant was trying to be mean, Emmett just can't escape on his own yet when the play gets too rough! And aside from a small melt down from our very grumpy baby at the end of the session, everyone had a lovely time together!
