Thanksgiving 2013

We had Thanksgiving at our house again this year, only with a much smaller group. Our only two guests were Casey's cousins, Mathew and Lynette. We were so glad that they came! Instead of making a turkey (which terrifies me to cook and we would never be able to eat) I made all the adults their own cornish hen, stuffed with wild rice, mushrooms, and cranberries. It wasn't as traditional, but it was tasty so everyone was happy. Mathew and Lynette stayed the night and then helped us decorate our tree in the morning. It was a great holiday!

We had five pies for four adults. It was AWESOME.
