Uncle Craig turned 63 this year and came over to our house for a birthday party. Emmett made him a special birthday crown to wear and we had a "fruit" birthday cake.

| The "cake" was a chunk of seedless watermelon that I just cut the rind and the ends off of, and then decorated with kiwi, strawberries, grapes and blue berries. It was a lot of fun to make and probably the easiest yet prettiest cake I've ever done. |
It's a good thing Emmett was around to help Craig blow out his candles. Old men need help with stuff like that.
