5th Anniversary!

This year Casey and I celebrated five years of happiness together. Even though being married to me has caused Casey's hair to turn grey, he hasn't left me yet and continues to be my greatest friend.

We went all out and spent the big bucks to hire a teenage babysitter so that we could go out. For dinner we went to Tempanyaki Japanese Steakhouse. It was a place that neither of us had ever gone to but both always wanted to try, where they grill your food in front of you and entertain you with fancy tricks during the meal. It was a LOT of fun and the food was delicious. The cost was a little high, so it looks like we probably won't go back for another five years, but it was very enjoyable.

After dinner we went to see the new Star Trek movie. It stars the same actor from the BBC tv series Sherlock who plays the Star Trek villan.We are great fans of Sherlock but not necessarily of Star Trek, but we thought we'd go and see it. To our surprise, we ended up loving it!

It was a great night together and a wonderful escape from the little people in our lives (even though we love them too). I love you, Casey, so much!
