Camping at Payson Lake

On Tuesday night some friends and I decided to go camping near Payson Lake. I was a little bit nervous because the campground just north of the site we had chosen was closed "due to bear activity", but we made it through the night alright anyhow. We had so much fun and really enjoyed the opportunity to have a campfire, stay up late telling silly stories and sleep under the stars. Here are a few pictures from our adventure.




Scotty and Brandon didn't have a sleeping bag, so they bought a $16.00 pup tent and scrunched up inside with blankets. It doesn't look like they have much room in there, but they survived the night anyways. :)


We had "stinky cheese" fondue, and I even ate some! (Just not a lot...) hehe.


Loraina and Alyssa (my new roommate) as we all chit chat around the campfire. The light from the fire makes it looks like Alyssa's legs are burning/blistering, but don't worry, she's just fine. :)
